For the longest time we were always told that buying a house was stressful and for us it was the most amazing and smooth process we could ever known. We came to them with what felt like an impossible situation our credit score was a 490 we have over 10k in debt . They could have easily told us work on ur credit and come back To us. They didn’t They gently Advised us and Alissa went to work and made calls created a plan and put us in contact with the right people to fix our credit and pay off our debt. Within 4 months we had a pre-approval and were ready to look! They listened to what we desired even with the budget we had and found us our prefect home! We worked with CC, Cheyenne, and Alissa to find our first home. They were nothing less than amazing! Honestly we had the best experience working with CC and her crew. From our first meet up to discuss our interest of buying a home to the very end when we got our keys, she made us feel welcomed, she gave us the details on the whole process and was able to answer any concerns we had. CC was super easy to reach and on a couple occasions I called her up randomly when I got off of work early during the week to go see a few houses and she made it happen within a couple hours.
