My Home purchase was Aug 2008 in Fontana Ca CC Alvarez was my first,And will be my only Realtor… I was a first time buyer,I had no clue on buying my home.. Every question I had She had a truthful answer..Since I bought my home I have referred her about 5 clients 2 of which are in the process of purchasing there home.. She has great customer service.. she makes you feel at ease with the process.Before I knew it,I had my keys in my hand.. The inspector, and appraisal was smooth both done in a week.Now to the truth … Will i got to CC Alvarez for my real state needs.. YES I WILL!! And I recommend her to anyone.. Shes is Very honest… If you have any issues with inspectors or appraisal’s let her know,, she will do what she can, Keep in Mind there actions are not her fault … She’s not there when the inspection is done You are!!
